Maynimated Series

By now, you should now the drill, but for new members, this will be a bracket tournament to pick the the top your favorite DC Animated Series of all-time. Hopefully your favorite is on here, but if not let me know, and I will add it to a future poll. Rounds will normally run for 3 days.
Before complaining about the seeds, no this isn’t my order for them, I used a random generator to rank them, and here were the results. I do realize some of these shows contain repeat episodes of other shows, however I’ve included both because sometimes you may have seen the repeat and not the original.
As always feel free to discuss.

Oddly, Batman: The Brave and the Bold vs. The Batman/Tarzan Hour caused me the most pain in voting. The depiction of Tarzan as an intelligent was one of the best of all time. That said, I still had to vote for BTBATB because of its excellence.

Agreed, I loved that particular Tarzan as a kid, it was a hard choice. The other one that I had to think about was Harley and Teen Titans Go, totally different shows, that I enjoy them both. Also YJ and GL.

Got the one vote for WildC.AT.S in. Ya’ll are missing out, just sayin’.

Also, I’m surprised The New Adventures of Batman has the votes it does.

Question for those that voted for it: You are aware that that show is not The New Batman Adventures, which aired on Kids WB from 1997-2000, yeah?

The New Adventures of Batman aired in the late '70s and starred the voices of Adam West and Burt Ward as Batman and Robin, who were joined by Bat-Mite, making his first animated appearance.

The New Batman Adventures on the other hand is the follow-up to Batman: The Animated Series and originally aired as part of The New Batman/Superman Adventures on Kids WB.

Just a friendly clarification, in case some thought The New Adventures of Batman was the Kids WB follow-up to BTAS, because it isn’t.

Shouldn’t Vixen, Freedom Fighters: The Ray, and Constantine: City of Demons also count? They were originally released as episodic Animated Series?

I’m amazed by how many of these I haven’t watched. I thought I had seen a lot more of these. But there were still some tough choices in here.

Thanks for doing this @RexRebel!

Thanks for including the Filmation series. Those are some of my all-time Saturday morning favorites.

Had they kept the name the same every season, there wouldn’t be. LOL

I often wondered why the frequent name changes.

I’m surprised at how close some of these are! Super excited to see this unfold. :+1:

Why is The Boys Diabolical one of the choices?

DC did own the boys for a little bit I think

Yeah for about… 5 issues, I think?

Excellent question and one I gave some thought too, but ultimately decided to include those in a separate poll either as movies or part of a DC Showcase poll including shorts, probably a lego one in the future as well.

I wondered about that as well, but the sources i checked all included it as a DC animated Series.

Mine as well.

Yes, I do realize that could cause some confusion, but the top post has that info, but I plan to for the rest of the rounds to include the year of the show.
