I agree. That is why I expect the theatrical cut to be a hard PG-13. It appears that they will push the envelope as far as the MPAA will allow them to and still maintain the PG-13 rating. However, I also think that an R rated directors cut could end up being made available for home release.

That’s a very accurate comparison. It would also be really cool if noir detective Batman is as well received as Logan was. Personally I thought Logan should’ve been nominated for best picture.
If that is how you expect it to be R rated then I think it could be more possible

There isn’t a Batman movie that I have not seen that I am aware of. I own every one of them that I could think of buying. That said I don’t own every DC animated feature that happens to have Batman in it. But I have watched them all. I am really looking forward to the death in the family movie they’re coming out with next.
