I’ve had the current book written by Snyder and Tynion IV on my pull since issue #1. Gorgeous art aside, the story has tested me patience wise despite reading Metal and No Justice. However, between ish 16, 17, and the annual I do feel like there is finally some payoff and now I’m understanding this story quite a bit more. Anyone else feel the same way?!

Kinda my problem with it. To the point I almost did a nerd rage quit on DC. Which is childish I know.

To be fair, I can’t fault anyone for tapping out. Every issue is a lot to take in. I have considered switching to trades for this myself. Take the ease off the slow burn might help

I’ve enjoyed the series since it started. Last week’s annual and this week’s #17 were, in particular, very interesting. I won’t get into spoilers but they surprised me.
