There is a Batman in the Titans universe. There is a Doom Patrol. Hard to say who else definitely exists in the Titan universe right now.

I don’t think the Justice league has formed yet but I would guess that Batman and Superman are friends if Superman exists

I doubt it because if batman is really a killer in titans then I can’t see the league being okay with that

It would be awesome to see a scene with Bruce and Clark discussing this newly formed Titans team and how it would be a good idea to form a team of their own.
