That is good news, though I really hope it means a Playstation 4 app is coming!
I got on Xbox live and was going to download it but it wasn’t there. It must only be available in certain areas is the only thing I can think of. It’s a shame a huge company like Microsoft can’t manage a simple task of releasing their new apps to everyone at the same time. I do look forward to downloading it as soon as it is available.
