I meant more as in they both changed the origin story right after the reboot of the universe. The movie even does a 180 on his costume origin. Byrne makes it easy to tear, where this movie doesn’t Then there is the change in who he meets first. Trying not to spoil it for anybody. It’s such a good movie. That said, that’s 2 Superman movies and next are 2 Batman movies. I would love to see something different. Maybe a Lobo or something to go with the upcoming Other History of DC.
