Is anyone reading batman vs ras al gaul? if so, what do you think?

Just wondering I picked up issue 1 and it was a little tough to get through I love Neil Adams but I feel like he has been losing his touch.

The last thing I read from Neal Adams was either his issue of Batman Black and White or Batman Odessey 2. Either way, I think it’s fair to say his recent work leave something to be desired.

Hell no, Frank Miller, even at his worst, is at least a million times better than anything Adams has ever written.

I was going to read this mini, but I decided to pass on it.

Regarding Neal Adams, I found his Superman: The Coming of the Supermen mini from a few years ago to be pretty darn good.

Adams is far superior Miller over the length and breadth of careers. Miller might be able hold a candle to Adams, but that’s as close as it gets.

Did not like it. It was pretty boring, the writing felt like it was something from the silver age. It felt like I was reading an old comic book and I do love old comics but we’re past that

I’d be inclined to agree with you, but Miller did write Holy Terror.
