Oh I’ve actually thought about this a lot recently. I’ve said I would buy it or I guess in this scenario, discover it, and keep it and maintain it in the best shape possible spending a ton of money, knowing the value of it would more than makeup for that. And then pass it down as a form of intergenerational wealth. As in, “son/daughter, I know I can’t give you a trust fund, but I can pass down a mint condition AC #1 which should more than buy you a house if you liquidate it.” So I’d keep as like one of those family heirlooms and pass it down as a form of financial security.
