I recently discovered I had left a few of my entries out of my list so I am going to add them. The first 50 that I left out are added in this post just like a new set. Then at the end, I will add five with numbers replacing the numbers of entries that are duplicates. I thought I had caught all the dupes before I posted but apparently I missed some. The last six omitted entries will be added to the beginning of my next new set. I will admit this is mainly to make me feel better. I did leave one duplicate in as I had listed both Grev Mallor and Shadow Kid which is real name/hero name which I normally avoid, but I’m willing to allow this since I have listed others under multiple IDs.

I’ve decided to add a little context to some of the characters in this list. One thing I started early on was posting the Gods that Gave Shazam his powers. (Lumiun was my 41st entry). Later I stumbled on some pictures of the other power givers so I decided to add them as I could.

So here are the lists of gods which gave the magic words:

First Shazam’s list (or the Champion’s) as I first saw these in World’s Finest.

VLAREM- Voldar, Lumiun, Arel, Ribalvei, Elbiam, Marzosh

Mary Marvel’s list

SHAZAM- Selena, Hippolyta, Ariadne, Zephyrus, Aurora, Minerva

Black Adam’s list

SHAZAM- Shu, Hershef, Amon, Zehuti, Anpu, Menthu

IBAC’s list

IBAC- Ivan (the Terrible), Borgia (Cesare), Atilla (the Hun), Caligula

SABBAC’s list

SABBAC- Satan(not listed as one of Sabbac’s), Any, Belial, Beelzebub, Asmodeus, Craeteis

Hoppy’s list

SHAZAM- Salamander, Hogules, Antlers, Zebreus, Abalone, Monkury

Captain Thunder’s list: (due to the nature of these entities, I played them as Uncas and the other six)

THUNDER- Tornado, Hare, Uncas, Nature, Diamond, Eagle, Ram

Billy’s list

SHAZAM- Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, Mercury

Also, I did include the Elders from the Shazam! Tv show (“Oh Elders, fleet and strong and wise…appear before my seeking eyes.”)

I still have Zeus to add for Billy’s list ot be complete. Also, while composing this list of lists, I discovered that I had mistakenly thought I had added Beelzebub. I can’t find any evidence of that so I will add him soon.

EDIT: Zeus and Beelzebub have been added.

I’m glad that you are enjoying it. Here is the next bit of context. As my avatar may suggest, I am a huge Legion fan. For this game I have used three Legion analogs to get characters for the game.

First is the Shi’ar Imperial Guard. I got to use them because of one panel by Perez in the JLA/Avengers crossover. He drew most of them battling Lobo. For those who may be unaware, when Dave Cockrum went to Marvel from DC, he designed the Imperial Guard and based them on the Legion. If you were a follower of the Legion, it was not difficult to tell which Guardsman was based on which Legionnaire. Here is the panel: (ignore the circle around Magique, I lost my unedited panel)

The Guardsmen are: Astra (Phantom Girl), Electron (Cosmic Boy), Fang (Timber Wolf), Flashfire (Lightning Lad), Hobgoblin (Chameleon Boy), Hussar (none), Impulse (Wildfire), Magique (Princess Projectra), Mentor (Brainiac 5), Neutron (Star Boy), Oracle (Saturn Girl), Scintilla (Shrinking Violet), Smasher (Ultra Boy), Starbolt (Sun Boy), Titan (Colossal Boy), Warstar (none), Nightshade (Shadow Lass) [Looking over this panel now, I see I missed Manta. I’ll be adding her soon]

The second group was the League of Super-Teens from the Milestone/DC Worlds Collide event. Most of them only show up as monitor board icons. Here is that panel:

The Third group was the Logjam of Super-Heroes from the New Year’s Evil Mr. Mxyzptlk one shot. They had more than one panel and several unnamed members, but they were only on 4 pages including this one:

That’s my three Legion pastiches. I’m sure I’ll mention the Legion again.
