If Barry runs past the speed of light. That must mean he’s not allowing light bounce back into his eyes, How does he see? Or is that a speed force thing?

I have never thought of this - that is a really good question 
if there’s any question about The Flash’s speed and his ftl abilities, the answer is always the speedforce. It’s the mother of all plot devices.
