^ not sure how that played out, but the Toyman’s been used in 2 recent series- Suicide Squad: Get Joker and Deathstroke Inc.

It’s the Toyman’s 80th Anniversary this year, and I’d read that Williamson was a huge fan of Superman the Animated Series (and if it wasn’t already appearant in the issue, this page sealed the deal). It’s not guaranteed, but I’m hopeful he makes an appearance in the new series.
