What if the reason for Wally West going crazy lately is that Dr. Manhattan was either controlling him or impersonating him until end of the flash war.
The big reveal could be this in doomsday click that same week. Thoughts?

I certainly hope so. There’s a lot of bad things happening in the comics right now, but if they would just give me this, just this, then I would be happy. And I’m not even a Wally West fan, it would just be to me a sign that they care about these characters at least a little bit.

It would be a good explanation for the delay and wally’s treatment. This could help redeem him while showing the watchman tie in.
Lets see Doomsday Clock started shortly after Crisis on Infinite Earths wrapped up, right?? 
It should be finished sometime before my unborn Niece or Nephew graduates college.
