Hello,
I stopped by the DC booth at SDCC last night during preview night, and one of the people working there said that for DC Universe subscribers that we would get an email sent with a QR code, and that we would show that code in order to get our exclusive poster for the day.
Well, I received no such email today. I just updated all of my email settings in my account, but based on what I already had checked off, I should have received some kind of redemption code/QR code, or something to tell me how to pick up the poster or any exclusive item from the DC booth.
Please fix this! Thank you.

The qr code is found by signing into your account via browser and looking at your profile page.
