Is anybody dressing up as their favorite DC character this Halloween?

I’m going to a family bday/slightly late Halloween party where everyone is supposed to dress as a superhero. I’m either doing DP live action Rita or Tony Stark. It mostly comes down to whatever I can do for cheaper

That sounds awesome. I did a Rita cosplay in August. I’ll probably wear my Harleen one

Which version of Harley?

I am going to be at work all day on Halloween. Thus, I’ll be dressing in my Dead Island zombie costume. Last year, I DID actually wear my Huntress cosplay to work for Halloween, but the cape was very cumbersome with all the crouching/reaching/etc I have to do, so I’m forgoing it this time. Everyone has already seen my Arsenal cosplay, because I wore that for a themed event my work was holding, back in May.

@CynicalPink it’s my favorite cosplay I’ve done. It’s Harley when she was a psychiatrist at Arkham.

Do you have any pics of your cosplays? I can’t believe you can pull off huntress and arsenal lol

I pulled out an old Robin t-shirt and added a mask to my glasses for a quickie costume.

They actually let us wear our costumes at work (provided they’re appropriate, of course)

Sorry for the delay (work, cons, then holidays lol) but yes, yes I do!! here they are!
Here I am as Arsenal; my work does a month long fundraiser for Lymphoma research, and for 2 weeks, we get to dress up according to a theme day. One day was ‘Superhero/villain’. I had to. (Yes, I’m standing directly in front of Robin Hood INTENTIONALLY)

This was an original design inspired by the artwork of the mini-run called Gotham City Garage which is sorta like Mad Max meets Injustice. Very bikerpunk kinda feel to it. A roving photographer caught this pic and I ended up on the front page of my local newspaper!

And here’s a shot of my Arkham-verse inspired Huntress (my very first time making anything like a full-body, armor build) posing behind my favorite Birds of Prey writer, Gail Simone at NYCC, 2019.

I was Bombshells Black Canary! I spent about 2 months on my costume and I was so pleased with how it turned out!
