I read all of all digital comics on my tablet. I find it is easier to go between DCU, Comixology and CDisplay for the books I have purchased from Humble Bundle.
I read full page in all of these apps. I did try guided view but it then annoyed me as that added more swipes. I do switch to guided view for two-page spreads.

I have a touch-screen laptop that I use as the primary place I read from this service. That way I can go full page mode and then zoom in as needed, rather than the prescribed way the panel-by-panel zooming functions.
That way functions more closely to the way my eye moves when reading a physical comic.
Depends on what is going on. I lean towards full page, but some of the panels with a good bit of dial ague requires the guided view-
