IMHO, I feel that Kingdom Come, closely followed by Final Crisis have the greatest impact of any DC story arcs.

If you’re looking at impact, I would say Flashpoint had the biggest impact. Crisis on Infinite Earths is a very close second. But I think the greatest event was Blackest Night. I thought it was a genius idea and was Geoff Johns at his finest.
