Give Someone Else a Superpower

You have developed the ability to give one superpower (and any necessary/related secondary powers like the Flash’s friction immunity) to one person who is not you. You cannot give the same power to multiple people and you cannot give one person multiple powers. The power doesn’t have to be useful but it shouldn’t be an active harm or hindrance. The person may be real or fictional, and you can give multiple answers as long as each person gets a different power. Who do you empower?

Kelex what super power do you want?

I’ll do it for the poster above me. I give @Behemoth.Ravenlord the power to pause time for, say, 60 seconds per use. With limited uses per day. Can’t move faster than ya normally would, but for those 60 seconds, the rest of the world - man, nature, machine - would be at a complete standstill.
