Steve Trevor is amazing in his Golden Age appearances. He is excellent and a necessary character in the Silver Age. It is also an indisputable fact that he appears in the Modern Age.

she has to; stargirl has suddenly become an out-of-character evil mastermind whose mind control is inexplicably resistant to all normal methods of countering mind control for no adequately explained reason. any further method of investigating the truth of this or the functionality of said mind control is possible but not narratively convenient and so won’t be mentioned. every subsequent appearance of stargirl will be solely based on her role in this story.
