REAL NAME: Chang Tzu

This iteration of the character will primarily cover his post crisis history and shouldn’t be confused with the derogative “Egg-Fu” introduced in Wonder-woman #157 (1965)
Chang Tzu is a scientist; member of the Science Squad; Leader of the the Oolong Island, a safe haven for mad scientists.
A mutated super-genius who possess a strong exo-skeleton for a body and incredible but insidious knowledge in bioengineering. He is responsible for creating the Four Horsemen of Apokolips that killed Black Adam’s family and left Kahndaq in ruins.
Chang Tzu made variety of enemies across the DC Universe including: Checkmate, Outsiders, Black Adam, Metal Men, Batgirl, Power Girl, and Wonder-woman.
REAL NAME: Cody
FIRST APPEARANCE: GHOSTDANCING #1
A government agent known as Cult-buster whose job was to infiltrate and dismantle counter-culture movements in the 1960s. He became recruited by a secret society called the Mammonite Society to infiltrate and destroy the spiritual Fifth World Raga movement.
Agent Cody’s briefly succeeded in dismantling the movement as well as kidnapping one of it’s spiritual leaders, White-Buffalo-Woman. Manipulating and demoralizing her for the next 20 years so that her connection to the spiritual world was severed. Cody imprisoned her until 1995 when White-Buffalo-Woman’s son, Brother “Snot-Boy” Christopher rescued her from captivity. She was able to reawaken her supernatural abilities, getting revenge on Cody by becoming her Buffalo form and trampling him to death.
REAL NAME: Dolph Marrock
FIRST APPEARANCE: GREEN ARROW ANNUAL #1 (2015)
Doph Marrock is a lychon supremacist and leader of a biker gang called The Berserkers. An enemy of the anti-werewolf hate group The Patriots and later Green Arrow. Big Bad Wolf is a violent and powerful werewolf, seeking to embolden other werewolves to embrace their animalistic and savage nature. Violently rejecting any attempt to quell or suppress their more dangerous abilities.

Baby Boom is a member of the supervillain team Helix with the power to create explosions with her mind. Created as a genetic experiment by the mad scientist Dr. Benjamin Love to create metahumans, Baby Boom powers stopped her aging around the age of five, but chronologically is a incredibly intelligent adult woman whose appearance made her resentful and possibly sociopathic to disregard conventional morality.
She and the other members of Helix became enemies of Infinity Inc.
REAL NAME: Sara Smart

When she was a teenager, Sally had saved a cat whose owner blessed her with a magical whistle that would transform her into a super-strong and immortal super heroine. Her seemingly given Immortality had made her never age and after her parents and even magical guardian died, Sally was taken into child custody to live at an orphanage.
Sally eventually became a miserable and emotionally unstable individual from her tragic experiences. She engaged in a brief affair with scientist Lance Harrower whose passing following his failure to become powerful like her, made Sally fixated on his wife Alix Harrower who had become the superhero Bulleteer.

A ancient immortal that gave his soul to a demon to become a powerful warrior.
The Stalker was once a meek young man who desired to become a knight. He worked for the local baroness in hopes she would make him her warrior for her castle, but she simply used him for hard labor and personal amusement. Frustrated, he abandoned the castle where he found a religious temple for the god of warriors and demon, D’grth. Praying to him and offering his soul to become a great warrior. D’grth answered him, granting him superhuman abilities and the power of Immortality.
Stalker would use his powers for revenge against the baroness, but after killing her captain guard and not feeling victorious from it. He realizes D’grth took away his emotions and in frustration changed his plans for vengeance against D’grth himself for his trickery and removing his humanity.
Stalker had sought to vanquish all evil in his world, but would later become insane from centuries without his soul and warp his own mission yet again by attempting to destroy dimensions. He would be confronted by the Justice Society of America and later become their enemy.
