Flash's GIDEON computer -an example of a quantum computer?

If you look at the functions of GIDEON, one function is bosonic hyper fluid. Bosonic hyper fluid is considered to be a highly volatile substance which helps power the ship through time. A boson is a quantum mechanical particle that accounts for force. Based on the fact that the computer uses this particular bosonic based function, the computer would qualify as a quantum computer.
