Why won’t my Young Justice Outsiders not unlock episodes after 13 , and yes I have a subscription!
Because the next half of the series starts in June.
A friendly suggestion - this has been discussed many times on here. You might try the search function in the future to minimize frustration.

We apologize for the inconvenience, @matthewboudah.25778 - as @LonelyLobo mentioned, the new episodes won’t be available until June, but we do have a few threads you can check out in the meantime, such as the release on it: YOUNG JUSTICE Enhanced Episodes and OUTSIDERS Prequel and Documentary Coming!
