Nice to see this discussion being bumped (and trending!) because we can’t have enough female-led titles and my hope is more comics are added for us to read, including more Wonder Woman!

Batwoman had a 40 issue run starting in 2011, and then starting in 2016 she had a second run of 18 issues. I would also recommend all eleven issues of CHANCE, about an agent who can’t stand metahumans because of spoilerly reasons. There is also Manhunter (38 issues) that I like quite a lot. Anything Wonder Woman written by Greg Rucka is highly recommended.
Other than Wonder Woman, the Bat ladies (Batgirl, Batwoman, Catwoman) probably have the most issues. Personally Catwoman is my favorite of those.
Doom Patrol is pretty femme heavy. Basically the entire Young Animal imprint (RIP) was led by women characters.
For more Amethyst goodness, there’s her New 52 title: Sword of Sorcery.
@4GRANTed yeah the bat ladies sound like a good idea. Stargirl also is a great idea and we are getting it!
Bombshells and Black Canary are solid titles. Death doesn’t have a lot of solo books, but those are good. Cinderella was awesome, and tied to Fables. Fables in general has great female characters, though probably not as focused as you are looking for.
Eternity girl is fairly new, but still a great read.

There’s also Huntress, Zatanna, Madame Xanadu, Mera (the recent limited series), and of course Black Canary – whose original run of solo stories began way back in 1948’s Flash Comics #92.
I’d recommend reading Batgirl: Year One, which I believe is available here on DCU.

The Gotham City Sirens Movie Project has been cancelled and has been replaced by Birds of Prey
Shade: The Changing Girl was pretty good from the New 52 line.
Brian K. Vaughan’s Swamp Thing was about the daughter of the original and was amazing!
Although Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. included Courtney Whitmore’s step father in the title, the comic was definitively all about Stargirl! It was great!
