At the ending of Batman vs. Superman, they showed the dirt move by Superman’s grave. Was this ever explained?
He was still alive
Exactly…It was just more symbolism that he would be resurrected. Rising from the grave in a future film.
When I saw it, I took it as him still being alive. However in Justice League he was still dead until they brought him back.
We’ll never know because both JL and BvS got changed by the studio for the worst.
