The Eisner Awards are over, and DC won BIG on Mister Miracle. Both Tom King and Mitch Gerads took Best Writer and Best Penciler/Inker, and the book itself won Best Limited Series!

Also, Tom King is my favorite writer right now (although Bendis is consistently up there). Everything he’s written (save for Heroes in Crisis) has been excellent. The Vision, Omega Men, Sheriff of Babylon, and War of Jokes and Riddles are some of my favorite comics. And MM is my single favorite, so…

Definitely well deserved. Also, King and Gerards have said that if they won, they would announce their next twelve-issue limited series this weekend, so we might have more to be excited over.
