As a romantic couple they’d be like two magnets held in front of each other. Harley is kooky but she’s not into fear like Scarecrow is.

As a villian team-up, it could be fun. They were rumored to be the villains in Batman Triumphant (aka what would’ve been Schumacher’s third batmovie).
