I have a question - when you renew your DCUI Ultra subscription, do you get a new hard copy comic for the new year?
Trying to submit a ticket for more information on whether a renewing year’s subscription includes a new physical comic, but my DCUI login doesn’t seem to work.
Hmm…is there an option to reset your password? I’d try that, then try logging in again.
I had to login on mobile and that fixed it.
Got an answer from Customer Care! They said that a renewed Ultra subscription does come with a new physical comic book - hooray!
