Is an app for Windows tablets going to be developed? While DCUI can be accessed through a web browser, if I don’t have internet I cannot read comics since comics can’t be downloaded on the web browser.

At this time, there are no plans to develop a DCUI app on another operating system. We chose Android and iOS as it’s likely to capture the mobile devices of well over 90% of the current population that has access to the service.
I will let the team know that this is something you’d like to see and the reasons behind that though!
