In 2016, DC launched their own official Spotify account, with custom playlists inspired by many of their characters and comics. It’s one of my favorite things DC has done outside of the comics. For many of them, the creative team of the book itself chose the songs that inspire the series. It’s a great tool for getting into the head of a character! And it’s still active, too — they just put up a playlist for Raven, in honor of her new graphic novel! I’m always hoping that we see more. Have a listen!

I remember seeing the Batman Day and the Dark Knights: Metal list, but didn’t know they were keeping it up. Pretty cool!

It’s an account just called “DC”, and has the DC logo. The account has 42 public playlists.
