I’ve got a little list of Smallville episodes that are spooky but there are more than that too!
Maybe the Batman/Scooby-Doo crossover movie?
Technically since superheroes are great costumes for Halloween, I think you could really count any DC movie as acceptable for Halloween! 
But Batman has the spooky stuff so he’s always a good default.
Much more tear jerking than scary. Robin, bring the towels as I cry up a river.

Not yet, but soon. In fact, I’ll probably take time this weekend for it.
The recent DC Super Hero Girls Halloween episode was a fun watch, and the Teen Titans Go Halloween episodes are always great. And the Doom Patrol episode where the Patrol turn into zombies is also worth seeing. Am I missing anything else?
