this seems to be thw source for the bulk of the image so my guess is everything not on here is what was added. found it on pinterest by someone called andrew junior and cant seem to find this image or anything else remotely similar online

this is probably really far fetched but i went ahead and got the colour hex codes from this thing in the top right
the blue is #2D3C55 and the green is #455D3C
it is very likely im going too deep but since i cant figure out the pictures meaning this is the best i can do

neither of the letter sequences look like a shifted cypher and periodic table elements for the bottom one seems to be a dead end
