I believe they are adding Black Label when the new Infinite app starts.

Good news! You’ll be seeing a lot of Black Label titles dropping on January 21st! If you sign up for DCUI now, you will also get a voucher for the DC Shop 
. We’ll be announcing all the Black Label titles coming to DCUI on January 19th, so keep an eye on the Watchtower.
