No, I’m not from Red Hook, it’s for my own character, Carpenter. She’s a vampire and lives in Red Hook NY.

Erhm, alrighty. Here’s a mastercopy of an Alex Ross from his book “Rough Justice.” Done entirely in ink, with no pencils.

Oh ok that’s cool. I only ask because I live in red hook but not Brooklyn, the one upstate like an 1.5 hours north of the city. Do you have anything published yet? You should post some pics of your comic.

Nah nothing is published yet. I have 20-odd issues written and now I just have to take the time to draw it all out.

It’s about a Vampire who grew up in the 1940’s. She was part of a superhero team, but eventually as time went on, they got old, retired, or died off. She’s now trying to find her place in the world. It’s about identity, love, and where to find it.

Here’s the cover of my 6th issue.

Goodness it took me forever to find this thread in the plethora of threads swarming in this “forum.” Seriously wish I could see the threads I posted. Anyway, I guess I can still only post one image at a time by URL and not from my camera roll. I’ll upload the image I did that premiered in the Fan Appreciation episode in DC Daily.
