Now that I’ve read his start, it’s cool how Bullock here is similar to the comic, in that he’s conspiring against the Commissoner with the Mayor, though with more understandable motivations.

I forget, is Alfred voiced by someone different here? Or did the regular actor just have to figure out his voice? He sounds so…odd.
