Some heroes are obviously daytime heroes, like Superman, where others are meant for the night, like Batman. Green Arrow and Black Canary also feel nighttime, whereas Wonder Woman is daytime. Aquaman feels daytime, but what about Cyborg? Flash is daytime, but what about Plastic Man? What’s Static Shock?

I think ultimately it comes down to-
Superpowered= daytime
Non super powered= nighttime
with room for a few exceptions (Swamp Thing, Etrigan, Zatanna feel nighttime.)
Interesting thought! I feel like magic users would go into the night easily, but Black Canary has powers. Maybe dark colored costumes get you placed in “nightime” as well?
Black Canary has gone back and forth with having powers. She’s lost her Canary Cry and regained it. If I remember correctly, she gained her powers by traveling between Earth-2 and Earth-1.
