They probably don’t have the license. There’s a lot of old DC themed stuff they don’t have the license to.

I have heard that Batman 66 is owned by Fox, not Warner Brothers. That is why Fox got Gotham, in return for DC being able to issue various Batman 66 comics.
At that time, the concept of DC Universe didn’t exist, so the only use for Batman 66 was comics, movie and TV Batman, being on the grim, not sunny side.
