I saw Two-Face and thought he’s not that creepy before I looked at the photo. I’m now scared.

Photos will not do her justice, because you know what they say “nothing is scarier.” It is not about being scary for images, because she has become part of the background as a shadow. It is all about the build up and occasionally the reactions (or lack of since dead men tell no reactions) to what she does, and most of it is off panel.

By far I would say The Batman Who Laughs is the most creepiest looking character in DC Comics, not only that he’s really deadly as well, wouldn’t want to meet him!
