I preordered the full version of this app, which was around $70 for the whole year. Why isn’t the comic library complete? I wanted to read Teen Titans vol 3, issue 70 because that is where I left off several months ago. However, the library goes from issues 1-20 and then it jumps all the way to issue 92. There is a huge gap between issues 20 and 92. Why is it not complete?

There is around 500 other threads just like your question. You can dig into them for the discussion. Library has some changes coming soon but no communication on what those changes are yet.
