The Toker- Laughs from too much marijuana.
Floodwork- Aquaman villain who controls water.
Firestork- Ralph Dibny aka Elongated man & Doctor Lily Stein superhero
Brain I Am- Alter ego of the Thinker who serves Brainiac.
Eggread- Detective working for Alfred on unmasking the Riddler while teaching Criminal Justice grad students.
The Pay- Financial superhero who takes care of the Justice Leagues budget as an accountant hired by Bruce Wayne & Oliver Queen.
Green Arson- (I know it’s 2 not 1) but Firefly’s team mate who fights the Green Arrow using chemical gas attacks.
Killer Drost- Nemesis to the Black Canaries and works in the Security industry.
