Pretty sure George Bush is seen in an early issue of Mike Grell’s Green Arrow series, but I think it’s as director of the CIA and not as president.

Here’s a little known celebrity that made an appearance in Superman Vol 1, #155–wrestler Antonio Rocca. Supes should have stayed out of the ring after that bout, because sixteen years later he got trounced by the biggest celebrity of the 20th. century–Muhammad Ali.
