When I say that I mean literally. Instead of “next Batman actor X”'s voice being simply disguised randomly by tech how about when Bruce turns on the voice effect and what we hear as his disguised voice is actually Kevin Conroy’s Batman voice that speaks out of the mask? Would it work? If it did work well would it add to the show or movie for you?
Be clear the actor uses his own voice the rest of time until he puts on the mask and turns on the fx then and only then is it Conroy voice speaking. What do y’all bat fans think?
Personally, I don’t think there is enough of Conroy’s Batman. If they rereleased all the dcau movies not originally done by Kevin Conroy with a new performance of his replacing the 1st one I’d switch movie versions. Except for Peter Weller and TDKR. I’d watch both versions. Jason O’mara is good too. He’s easily my 2nd favorite. Greenwood is ok. I can go with it when he voices him on Young Justice but Under the Red Hood needed Mr. Conroy. Not that Mr. Greenwood was bad but that was too perfect for him not to have it be Mr Conroy. Him and Jensen Ackles would have been even better. Ijs.
