I just read the first two issues of Border Town and I Really like it. There was a blurb from I think screen rant that said”best vertigo book since Preacher”. I think it’s at least the best book since Y: the last man

The interview they had on DC Daily made me want to read this title. I’m going to have to buy them because this book sounds really interesting.

I think Y is probably better. I like Border Town. However, I need more focus. There’s lots of traditional stories for that specific culture, yet we haven’t focused on that specifically. Maybe I just expect my comics to be more serial like my TV shows…and give me a big bad every issue. For example, how awesome would it be if I had one specific issue focus on La Llorona?? However, in my perfect world, the best weapon would be la choncla.
