He has a giant S on his chest. He wears a red cape. He has red boots, red underwear over his pants, red boots, and a red crest in a dominantly blue costume. He is weak to red light, magic, and green rocks. Who is this guy? I think he is very obscure.

Married couple that swaps place so only one exists at a time. Think they were supernatural. Guy was a Dr or detective or something I think. Dressed victorian I think.
