Tim has a much longer body of work to his name, so he is the better option for someone who wants to see a character develop over a long stretch of time.

That being said, I find Carrie to be the more interesting Robin in concept. Tim felt like a safe, boring choice in 1989, and he has never won me over since then.

Tough but I mean come on. I care more about Carrie from a single story than from years of Tim. He always just kind of felt like the obligatory Robin to me. Don’t get me wrong, I like him but Carrie wins.
