I’d say the Lazarus pits have done wonder for Ra’s. Unless you care about mental degradation then they might not be the best. 
Otherwise I’d say mr terrific.

Raven. In the original New Teen Titans series she was constantly putting her own safety on the line to heal people.

I’m going to give a shout-out to Beth Chapel, the female Dr. Midnight, who was a member of Infinity, Inc. and functioned as the team’s physician. Like the original Dr. Mid-Nite, Beth was blind but could see in complete darkness.
