Best Episode Tournament: The New Batman Adventures

Hello everybody, after the successful tournament of Batman The Animated Series, I’ve decided to hold Superman the animated series later and do The New Batman Adventures instead since there’s 24 episodes of the series. My question to you guys, which episode is the best episode ever?! Will it be Joker’s Million? Or maybe Over The Edge? The choice is yours, so here we go.
