What is the best current Batman jumping on point? Something that isn’t that old and I can quickly follow to be caught up on The Dark Knight.

The story picks up after King’s City of Bane, which began in issue 75.

I concur, Batman 86 is the way to go. It will set you up for the Joker War story line that just kicked off with Nightwing 70.
