I love comic book character pieces like this that aren’t afraid to take liberties with the design, yet remain instantly identifiable as said character. You stuck with Batman’s classic colors, gray & yellow (where could you add a dash of blue 
?), yet remixed it in a very clever way. Love the brightness & vividness of it all. Feel like Bats could use more of this.

Yeah… I had to put a pause on this one, because, like writers block, I just knew it was time to temporarily shelve it, until I decided how I wanted to handle the background and foreground.
Then, I’ll go back in and finish up Batman…
