That’s actually a really good theory. Scott Snyder is drawing from a lot his previous work, including the current Justice League, so maybe this is an earth in the dark multiverse where the Justice League’s fear of loosing the world to Luthor’s ideals is a reality.

Dude! That’s a great idea! It’s like a fork in the road of DC Rebirth, but the dark multiverse is the option where that happens. LITERALLY a rebirth story, but ends up being in the dark multiverse due to the nightmares of the league!
