Hi all! I’m Joe McCabe, AKA your humble DC Universe News Editor. When I’m in New York for next week’s New York Comic-Con, I’m planning to visit the city’s Society of Illustrators museum the first day of the convention — Thursday, October 3rd. The Society is currently hosting a massive must-see exhibit of original Batman comic art and memorabilia for the Dark Knight’s 80th anniversary: www.societyillustrators.org/. This exhibit occupies four entire floors of the museum (making it the largest of its kind ever!), and will close on Saturday, October 12th.
If any of you would like to join me for an informal meet-up on the 3rd (which will NOT be sponsored by DC Universe, DC, or Warner Bros.) at 10 AM EST in the morning, let’s all meet in the museum’s lobby at that time. @HubCityQuestion, unfortunately, I may not be able to stay at the museum as late as 1 PM on Thursday because I’ll have to work in the afternoon.
