I have seen recently that it is possible that the Batman franchise from the late 80s and early 90s is canon in the DCEU. Considering only Batman and Batman Returns are canon, what are some resolutions to continuity issues such as Wayne Manor, or a seemingly younger Alfred.

I don’t know where you got this idea from, but it’s bullshit.
I think some of the continuity stuff can be fudged like they do with James Bond, but my preferred solution is a canonical multiverse where all the movies take place on different Earths, like the Arrowverse reconciliation of the Flashes.
